Hey! Just wanted to give a few updates for the summer. First, we are very excited to announce that we will have an intern this summer, Ms. Bessie Howard. She will begin on June 1st. She is traveling from out of town so she will be with us Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays all day.
We are open on Memorial Day (next Monday) but we would like to know who will be here and who will not. We like to prepare for food and for activities. There is a sheet on the sign in board to fill out. Thanks!!!
Our swim days will begin in June. I will be getting out more info for you. I am not sure which day is ours yet. Your child will come dressed in their swim suits and they need to bring a towel. We will place the suit and towel in a bag in the cubbies at the end of the day for you take home.
Please remember to sign the sunscreen forms every Monday. If you forget...please sign as soon as you remember. Our weather is definitely summer weather and I want them to be protected.
As I am sure you have heard, I will be moving into the infant room in August. It is bitter sweet for me but this is something that I have always wanted to do. There happened to be a sudden opportunity for this so I took it. The children will be getting Ms. Whitney from Courtney's room, which is great!!!!! The children already know her and she is a wonderful person! I will be in this room through the summer but I just wanted to make sure everyone knew. My time with your children and your families has been priceless and I cannot put into words how much I will miss everyone!!! Thank you all for the support and cooperation during the last 3 years.
