Eli and his family made homemade marshmallows over the weekend and brought some in to share with us. His mom looked online for an easy recipe of something they could do together and found the coolest thing. They really do taste just like regular marshmallows! Just thought I'd share:
Powdered sugar
corn starch
gelatin
vanilla extract
